Case History

		UniDev LLC, a real estate development firm in Bethesda, Maryland, retained Thieme Creative Media to create UniDev's first website. UniDev wanted to have a dignified, yet sophisticated website that would be appealing to university presidents and municipality directors of development.
The site incorporates the stylistic advantages of Cascading Style Sheets and advanced forms of Javascripting. Given the unique industry language, an information architectural model was devised by Thieme Creative Media to assist the consumer in knowing his/her exact location in the UniDev web site at all times. Furthermore, the site's visual thematic approach utilized photos from completed land development projects to aid the consumer in fully understanding the scope of UniDev's services. The site is approximately 50 full pages, plus another 15 secondary windows/pages.
